Client: Occa’s (All-Day Brunch Restaurant, Bangkok)

Channels: Facebook / Instagram / In-store media

Role: Creative Communication & Brand Content Lead

Project Overview

Occa’s is more than just a brunch spot — it’s a cozy, all-day retreat filled with good vibes, beautifully crafted dishes, and a relaxing ambiance. My role was to bring that experience to life through thoughtful brand storytelling and visual content, both online and offline.

I collaborated closely with the restaurant team to shape a brand identity that speaks directly to walk-in customers as well as digital audiences, creating a memorable and consistent voice.

My Responsibilities

As the creative lead for brand communications, I was responsible for:

  • Seasonal Campaign Planning: Conceptualized and launched seasonal campaigns tied to menu updates, holidays, and key dining occasions.

  • Creative Direction & Graphic Design: Designed visuals for menus, point-of-sale materials, and social content, keeping consistency across all formats.

  • Photography & Styling: Directed and produced food and ambiance photography tailored for social platforms.

  • Social Media Management: Managed the brand’s tone of voice and visual direction across Facebook and Instagram.

  • KOL Coordination: Selected, contacted, and coordinated with food bloggers and micro-influencers to visit and review the restaurant, helping boost visibility and generate authentic word-of-mouth engagement.

Key Highlights

  • Signature menu items such as Crab & Cool, Pad Thai Goong Sod, and Pizza Smoke Salmon gained strong online traction through curated content and seasonal campaigns.

  • KOL collaborations led to increased foot traffic and brand awareness, especially during new menu launches and key promotions.

  • Built a cohesive brand presence that aligned both physical and digital experiences — from the in-store visuals to the social media feed.

  • Grew engagement and followers steadily by combining original content with strategic influencer outreach and user-generated content.

My Creative Approach

I believe food branding goes beyond aesthetics — it’s about sparking emotions and building trust. Whether it’s a plate of Pad Thai or a simple brunch toast, every piece of content should tell a story, make the viewer hungry, and invite them to be part of the brand experience.
