"The best teams are those who share a common goal."
Behind the scenes of creating a world-class experience for over 300 international medical professionals.
🩺 A High-Stakes Brief
Respiverse 2024 was an international seminar organized by GSK, bringing together over 300 respiratory specialists (COPD) from around the world. Spanning 3 days and 2 nights, the event had one clear objective:
to communicate the medical data and key strengths of GSK’s new medication in a way that was clear, engaging, and most importantly memorable for doctors.

🧠 Starting with Insight and a Structured Thinking System
During the briefing phase, I began by studying both the medication data and the context of the attendees, asking myself: “How can we communicate complex pharmaceutical information through a clear and memorable experience?”
I then proposed a multi-dimensional creative concept that covered every aspect of the event, including:
Designing the event’s main visual direction
Crafting content and messaging
Creating interactive installations, such as:
A.I. Photo Booth
A.I. Patient
Archway
Producing media assets across the venue (signage, videos, graphics)
Planning the registration system and attendee flow
🧩 A Large Team But One Unified Flow
Once the concept was approved, I took on the responsibility of coordinating across design teams, production partners, and the hotel venue. I also developed a workflow system that enabled us to:
Break down deliverables into clearly defined categories
Align timelines across all teams to ensure consistency
Track progress in real time with centralized updates
Given the frequent changes in the plan, I adopted a flexible approach and maintained structured summaries for every meeting, ensuring that both Thai and international teams stayed on the same page at all times.

🛠 Rehearsal Day – Show Day – A True Team Moment
On rehearsal day, I was onsite to help set up the space, check every detail, and assist the team in solving critical issues that could be overlooked.
But on the actual day of the event... I witnessed something that made me feel truly proud.
Everyone was in sync — moving, handing off, and completing their tasks smoothly, like a perfectly timed co-op game. It wasn’t just about flawless execution. It was about watching a diverse team come together and function as one.
Later, as we sat around together informally after the event wrapped up, I realized:
“The real success wasn’t just in the final output — it was in the fact that we became a single, unified team.”
🌱 Lessons from Respiverse
This project taught me so much — from managing cross-cultural collaboration, leading large multi-disciplinary teams, and coordinating with international stakeholders to designing an experience that wasn’t just visually impressive but also intuitive, purposeful, and practical.
But above all, it made me realize something deeper:
“It showed me that the skills I’ve built can support every team — and help connect them in a way that makes the whole process flow seamlessly.”
